About the Author
RENA M. PALLOFF is a managing partner in Crossroads Consulting Group (along with Keith Pratt), conducting pioneering research and training in the emerging areas of electronic group facilitation, face-to-face and electronic community-building, distance learning, and management and supervision. She is also on the faculty at John F. Kennedy University in the Graduate School for Holistic Studies.
KEITH PRATT is Chair of the Management Information Systems Program, main campus and overseas, at Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kansas, as well as a managing partner in Crossroads Consulting Group (with Rena Palloff).
