About the Author
A commitment and drive for excellence has been the backbone of Frank D'Allesandro's distinguished 25-year career in the ever-changing business of commercial real estate. He launched his own company, Frank D'Alessandro, Inc. Commercial Realtors in 1984 in one of the country's most active and competitive markets: Southwest Florida. During the next 15 years, his company became the leading force in the commercial real estate market and Frank earned the reputation and respect as a skillful businessman and negotiator.
Building upon his success, he took his company to the next level by merging with an affiliate of Grubb & Ellis, the publicly-traded New York Stock Exchange real estate giant. Under Frank's guidance as CEO, Grubb & Ellis/VIP-D'Alessandro dominated the commercial real estate market in sales, leasing, and property management services.
Frank has long believed the key to expanding a company is the skill of negotiation. A master negotiator, he has spent the past three years penning his techniques into a compreshensive book.
